What you need
- 1 pound of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 shallow bowl
- 1 bowl
- Air fryer
Steps
Cut your chicken breast into bite sized pieces. For best results, try to cut the pieces all the same so that they be cooked evenly.
2. Mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper in a shallow bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until the milk gains a yellow tint from the yolk.
4. Dip the bite sized chicken into the egg mixture until coated evenly, then toss into the flour and coat in the egg again.
5. Once coated twice in the flour, set on a baking sheet in your air fryer.
6. Set your air-fryer to 400 F and cook for 5-6 mins on both sides
7. Remove chicken once finish, toss in buffalo, dip in ranch and enjoy!
